Cell Phones

HELLO!!! Yes it is another nonsense blog post I am writing. Well I am aware that I don't really put pictures on my post. I assure you I will when I find something interesting. So basically, I haven't found anything yet. So yeah. Well anyways, I forgot to write a blog post about this when I came home but this one day my dad and my mom and I went to Saks Fifth Avenue outlet. Well anyways, when we were at the checkout counter, I saw this dad and his daughter. Well by the looks of it, the girl was about 7 or 8 so probably in the second or third grade. And I hear her ask her dad, "Daddy, did I get a text yet?" That thought brings me to the point that children at that age can't have a phone. Hello? People at MY AGE can't even be held responsible with a phone. Chances are sometime, we will lose our phones. Unless you are some super responsible person. I just wonder what that girl does with her phone. But that also reminds me of the issue of texting. I mean SERIOUSLY! How old is she? and chances are, do her friends EVEN text? No the better question is: DO HER FRIENDS EVEN HAVE PHONES?? But chances are, they probably do because apparently this world is getting "modern" and yeah. By the way, I think the only reason why my classmates and I even have phones is not because our parents "trust" us (again unless you are super responsible). No, it is so they can make sure we are "safe" and everything. Well that is the end of this blog post. BYE!!!

WORD OF THE WEEK!!! (feminist)

Hey guys! Ok I think it is pretty obvious now that I will basically only post my Word of the Week's on Sundays. I mean I have time on Saturdays but Sundays are like the REAL start of the weeks. It may feel like it is for last week but FROM NOW ON, it is the start of a new week so yeah. Well this week's word of the week is not one from what I said on my last post for word of the week because this week I noticed I should probably become a feminist. I must work towards removing women's suffrage and start contributing to women's rights! So yeah that is my word of the week. I also realized the words I NOW use the most are: society, perv, hypocrite, demean, feminist, and other words I kinda forgot at the moment. It would kinda makes sense that these might become word of the weeks. So yeah. By the way, I know this is obvious but there is no backstory to this so I'm going to tell you a funny (and sad) story about my childhood.
Well when I was in the third grade, we had this class assignment given to us. It was one of those vocabulary sheets. Anyway, I believe that was the year Mean Girls came out and, I think, they used the word b*tch in it. So anyway, that is relevant to my backstory because on the paper it said to write words that ended with -itch. So I thought about words (you had to write three by the way), so I thought of witch, ditch, and I couldn't think of a third one. I was going to write itch but thought that would be sorta cheating. So then I just put b*tch. Of course later my teacher saw it and talked to me and I started crying. Not the best thing to do in front of your teachers. I was definitely thinking that I hope my classmates didn't see. But naturally, I bet they did. That is the way school works, if your teacher yells at you in a room which is connected to you classroom, especially with glass windows, chances are your classmates did see. I thought that was pretty bad. Then my teacher also gave me a note to give to my parents so they would know. Luckily, I gave it to my dad and he was like, "Oh you probably just learned it from that movie Mean Girls. And you don't know what it means, right? (I nod yeah) Good." *sign paper. So that was what happened. But if I was in that position now (which is DEFINITELY not likely), I could say that it isn't really mean because it means girl dog. But obviously back then I didn't know that. So yeah. Well here is the definition of my word of the week.

FEMINISM (I found feminist but it was a form of this word, so why not?):
definition:

1.the doctrine advocating social, political, and all other rights of women equal to those of men.
2.(sometimes initial capital letter) an organized movement for the attainment of such rights for women.
Well that is the end of this blog post. BYE!
